Drought History: Democrat Leaders Mislead
Properly, drought is a rainfall deficiency. The media and government mistakenly state that we have a drought, when actually we have a shortage due to massive population growth and poor management of water resources (e.g storage, aquifer over-drafting).
Basically California’s governor and Democrat establishment tries to paint our water situation as one of climate change, when, in fact, rainfall has been oscillating within a range of 30 percent over the last several centuries.
The water shortage in California is one of mismanagement not climate. Let’s elect new people to government in November.
For Congress, Peter Hernandez is a man of the truth and will fight for better water storage, desalination plants and winter side-stream storage.
