CLOSE THE BORDER.

This country was founded on those seeking a better life and working hard to get it. I support legal immigration. Illegal Immigration encourages crime, funds human trafficking and floods our country with drugs like Fentanyl that kill our children. Our borders need to be secured to keep criminals out. I will support policies that protect safe, legal immigration.

The rule of law has been softened in favor of police de-funding measures resulting in an extreme increase in crime. We deserve to live in safe communities. We need to adhere to the law, hold criminals accountable for the crimes they commit and support law enforcement officers who defend and protect us.

REDUCE INFLATION.

Our economy has reached its highest inflation level in 43 years leaving families struggling to make ends meet. The “miss-named” Inflation Reduction Act, that was passed by the United States Congress and signed into law by President Joe Biden on August 16, 2022, was a massive $16 Billion Dollar spending bill! The only effect of this bill was to fuel inflation.

Can you afford more groceries now in 2024?
Are your utility costs lower in 2024?

The only way to reduce inflation is for the government to STOP spending money they don’t have and go on a diet.

ENERGY INDEPENDENCE.

Our gas prices are at their highest despite our efforts to be energy independent using clean options. I support opening our pipelines and increasing our production of clean energy and will support policies to re-claim our independence.

I will vote against policies that deplete our reserves to sell to foreign states that will increase our gas prices and put our environment at risk.  We need to grow our economy with US-based scalable, clean and cheap energy while protecting our environment.

THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS.

The Second Amendment to our Bill of Rights guarantees the right of law-abiding citizens to bear arms to protect our families against foreign or domestic tyranny. The safest nations are those with law-abiding gun owners.

I will fight for our right to protect ourselves and this great nation.

CHILDREN BELONG TO THEIR PARENTS.

Our educational and healthcare systems are broken. With weakened, socially divisive curriculum in education and forced medical treatments being pushed upon children, parents are left in the dark and dis-empowered. Parents need to govern their children’s education and healthcare.

I will fight to restore parental control concerning any policy raised.

SUPPORT OUR FARMERS.

Farmers and their families who grow the food we depend on are being threatened with closure due to overarching government reach on traditional fertilization practices in the name of the environment. These policies are being pushed upon them and threatening their ability to maintain production and make ends meet. I will fight to maintain farmers autonomy and support farmer’s choice policies.

IMPROVED WATER POLICIES.

We need to store it, localize it and clean up regulatory ambiguity to help farmers grow healthy food. Food is medicine, we should incentivize nutrient density with strict regulations on eliminating environmental and biological toxins.

IMPROVE INFRASTURETURE.

Fast track rural and local projects by direct funding local governments and bypassing state governments that abuse local authority.

ENCOURAGE GROWTH OF SMALL BUSINESSES.

A healthy economy is a bottom-up economy. We need to lower barriers of entry to small businesses by reducing over regulation, making capital available and providing tax incentives. Innovation and incubators should be incentivized.

My wife and I started “Ohana Shaved Ice & Coffee” in a small shop in Hollister. We expanded our business to do catering events not only in San Benito County but in the surrounding counties. Expanding business means we had to hire staff which created jobs. That is how America builds a healthy economy from the bottom up.

Social Security should only be available to those who pay for it.
